Terri Kolstrup is a Cardiac Device Technician at Renown Heart Institute and has been working with these group of doctors for 17 years. She has been a Girl Scout Troop Leader/Cookie Mom for ten years and various other volunteer positions throughout the years such as soccer coach, baseball coach and Boy Scouts helping with her son now age 26 and daughter age 15. She is very excited to begin the next phase with being part of Theatre Works and learning all of the ins and outs of how theatre works on stage and behind the scenes and truly appreciates this opportunity.
Jillian was born and raised in Sparks, NV and is true Nevada girl through and through. A dancer for 27 years classically trained in numerous genres of dance including; Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop and Lyrical. She has performed in The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty and Life and Times of Walt Disney Ballets among others holding such lead roles as; The Sugar Plum Fairy, The Merliton Queen, Doll, Clown, Flora, Alice from Alice in Wonderland, The Genie from Aladdin, Drisella from Cinderella, and many others. At the age of 15 Jillian began teaching at local dance studio Jenny's Studio of Dance where she still currently teaches. Through Jenny's Studio, Jillian found a love for all art forms on and off of the stage! Jillian is honored to have served as Executive Director of TheatreWorks of Northern Nevada for 2 and half years and is thrilled to be back on the board being succeeded by Elisha Harris! Jillian also plans numerous events and produces several shows throughout the Reno-Sparks Community to raise money and awareness for several causes and local non-profits for which she is dedicated including; serving as Executive Director of Miss Nevada's Outstanding Teen, state preliminary program to Miss America and MAOTeen. She is the Parade & Meet n' Greet Chair for Northern Nevada Pride. Co-Creator of Drag Wars - the Kickoff to Northern Nevada Pride and a member of the Board for The Nevada Gay Men's Chorus. She also coaches the Reed High School Dance Team. In her free time Jillian enjoys spending time with her better half Regan, her Lhasapoo Bently and her Chorkie Penny, traveling and camping. Jillian believes that a positive outlook and passion for all that you do will always guide you in the right direction!
Bert Wells has performed as the Administrative Director, with overall management responsibility for all Kids Kottage facilities, in an outstanding manner for almost 17 years. He has cultivated a strong network of support with numerous community resources that have been of great benefit to the children of Kids Kottage. Furthermore, he has recruited, trained, and nurtured a cohesive staff team to effectively operate the Shelter. Mr. Wells is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and retired from the U.S. Army as a Colonel following a successful twenty-three-year career. He also has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. During his military career, he held various command and administrative management positions of increasing responsibility at all levels of the U.S. Army.
Barbara Anderson is a CPA working as a part-time consultant. Previously she was employed at International Game Technology PLC (IGT) for 15 years in Corporate Accounting with experience in corporate consolidations, SEC financial reporting, and as an international liaison accountant. Barb has a strong history of community service having served as Treasurer as well as donating her bookkeeping services for several non-profits.
Lisa is the Director of Call Center Operations with ORC International with expertise in all facets of Call Center management and all phases of data collection. The cornerstone of her career has never wavered: strong focus on achieving and exceeding all goals inclusive of operations and management, financial and outstanding results in managing diverse groups of people.
Results and strong performance is her footprint. Her main responsibilities are centered on sold fiscal management, consistent quality assurance outcomes, strong productivity and maintaining a scalable workforce. Lisa’s experience began as a telephone interviewer for C/J Research in Chicago, IL. She moved up through the ranks into various leadership positions within the company and was solely responsible for opening, directing and expanding the Reno, NV operation in 1989. Lisa has a strong history in community service and has served in numerous leadership positions over the years.
Jessica Sanchez Grimaldo has been passionate for the performing arts since she was a small child. Having gone most of her life without knowing of her now diagnosed Anxiety Disorder, this made performing very challenging for her. With her degree in Musical Theatre she hopes to help anyone and everyone with challenging their own personal obstacles to take on the performing arts so that they too can experience all the wonderful benefits the arts has to offer. Jessica strongly believes that everyone in this life is a performer regardless of their occupation or status quo and would love to help anyone who desires to embrace that.
Named Public Affairs Professional of the Year in 2019 by PR News, Mike has managed a diverse client portfolio over his career, with specialties in government affairs, branding, strategic messaging, internal communications, crisis communications, issues management, stakeholder outreach and media relations. His background in multistate grassroots organizing and issues management has helped him navigate substantive issues for clients including Allegiant Stadium, Liberty Dental, Aramark, Lance Gilman, NV Energy, El Paso Natural Gas Corporation, the Nevada Mining Association, Newmont Mining Corporation, Western Lithium Corporation, General Moly, Coeur Rochester, Lender Processing Services and Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center, among others.
Mike is an expert in coalition building, creating community partnerships and managing issues through outreach and messaging. Mike has gone on to lead some of the most recognizable public affairs and crisis communication efforts in the West. In 2011, Mike spearheaded an effort to ensure the development of the largest natural gas pipeline in the country, the Ruby Pipeline. That same year, with years of experience handling several high-profile mining accidents, as well as pilot fatalities for the National Championship Air Races, Mike oversaw all crisis communications during and after a deadly accident that involved 10 spectators and a pilot and injured dozens more during the event’s 48th year. This yearlong effort a Silver Anvil Award of Excellence from the Public Relations Society of America.
Prior to joining Argentum Partners in 2016, Mike led the statewide government and public and affairs for R&R Partners, one of the largest advertising, public relations and government affairs firms in the West.
Mike graduated from the University of Nevada with dual degrees in journalism and communications. He currently sits on the board of directors for Volunteers of America in Northern Nevada and is a Reno Gazette-Journal Twenty Under 40 Award recipient and led the Argentum Partners team to winning PR News’ “Public Affairs Firm of the Year” in 2019.
